I have not felt well the past couple of days, I think the little bit of eating off plan on Tuesday did me in a little bit. My stomach is super sensitive, so if I go off track when I'm used to eating a certain way I really feel it. I think when I eat well for a long period of time, then I really notice it more when I eat junk, and it's enough for me to not want it again for a while. I'm pushing through though. I've been back to eating on plan and other than being a little tired this afternoon, my stomach is starting to feel better. It's amazing how you can eat healthy foods and somewhat take for granted how good you feel, then you eat junk and feel crumby and realize how crumby you really felt when you were in the habit of eating junk. These are the moments I need to remember when I'm tempted later on.

In other news (and I'm not sure if I put this in another journal), my brother is getting married on Saturday. This will be both of their second marriages. I'm just hoping for a long and healthy marriage because I think they've both had pain and need some good. I don't know his fiancé very well, so I'm looking forward to getting to know her in time.
