My hubby was gone from Monday evening til yesterday afternoon, and I'm glad he's home. When he's home it seems like I have a much easier time not eating so much. For a week or so I was doing really bad with breakfast and lunch, so now I'm getting back into the swing of things and eating better. I have to make sure I buy some healthy things at the store this weekend.
I'm holding off on doing an official weigh in until Monday. I've stayed pretty much the same, but I want to get back into my old routine of weighing in at the beginning of the week. I have made a promise to myself to get workouts in on Saturday and Sunday, so that should help hold off a gain. I'm hoping that if I get those workouts in on the weekend that I'll be more likely to keep them up during the week.
Kids start school next Tuesday, so no more summer break for me either. Back to reality. At least we have this weekend to prepare ourselves! TGIF!!
