So first day back yesterday and I went over but no biggy. I know that changing these things take a bit to get used to and I am sick of being too lazy to do something about it. Today is going better I slept more last night and I'm going swimming each morning for a sort time with the kids. I'm looking forward to losing a bit more so at least I can see it on the scale. I've have spent too long at this weight. So I'm opting to get skinny me back.
