7/14: Fat 14.1%, Muscle 64.00kg (W 54.9%)
7/27: Fat 13.0%, Muscle 65.25kg (W 57.9%)
Been awhile since I checked Fat%. Pleased to see hydration has gone up without drinking much. Nice trend on fat and muscle too. Ahh, now less concerned with the gain today.
