TGIF! I say it every week, but I'm so ready for the weekend. I need to keep busy this weekend to keep from snacking too much this weekend, that's my goal. I tend to do well one day, then poorly the other. I'll just have to find what works for me.

I will have dishes to keep me busy since our dishwasher has decided not to work, but that shouldn't be too bad. My hubby is going to try to fix it, but the part won't be here until next Friday and if it doesn't work then we'll be hand washing for a while because we don't want to buy a new dishwasher right now. We would have the money, but it would be tight. We've gotten so spoiled with this modern convenience. :)

Today is leg day and I hate it. So, I'm dreading my workout, but ready for it because I know it will make me stronger. I also know I'll be walking funny for the next two days.

I hope everyone has a great Friday and a wonderful weekend!!

Ha! I have built several houses over the years each time we have moved and I have never installed a dishwasher. This last house I did leave space and plumbing in the plan, for any future owner, but to my husband and I, you have to halfway clean the dishes before you can put them in there anyways.

Our dishwasher is out as well, I feel your pain. I even let the sink pile up for almost a week not too long ago and ended up spending 2 hours washing them when I got the motivation. Since then I told my kids, if you use it, you wash it. I collected 8 random drinking cups from around the house yesterday alone so I guess they didn't take me seriously. Happy Friday, good luck this weekend!

You can get credit for dishwashing on the exercise module here on FS. I take that credit all the time!

LOL! I'll have to take credit for my dishwashing time SoCalPam!! I didn't know that was an option. BeighBtrfly, I'm glad I'm not the only one struggling. I'm with you on the if you use it you wash it, but I think my kids will "forget". Baskington, I am so spoiled with the dishwasher, maybe we'll learn not to be so spoiled and decide not to get a new one, but I doubt it. :)

You assign each kid a day to wash whatever dishware isn't washed by the user and they become dirty dish police right quick!

And then you only have to chase one kid per day
