today I'm down my lower weight than I was when I first got pregnant. I had my baby in December so it's been a long road but I'm finally glad I got here now I just have to maintain it
54.9 kg Lost so far: 20.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
