I'm off vacation now and back at it. I took 2 weeks off and was lazy and enjoyed my family, and ate too much. I'm not going to let a small gain take away from feeling relaxed and happy with my vacation time. We enjoyed the beach, the sound of the waves, and just some play time in the pool and in the sand. We had a good time at home enjoying just not having to rush anywhere and hanging out together. I did get some walks in and other exercise, but didn't keep track of my eating, and I know I ate too much junk. But, now I'm back to it. I've planned my meals for the week and my exercise, so I'm getting back on track. In the past I've used a gain from vacation and eating junk while I'm "off" as an excuse to continue with bad habits, but I'm determined not to keep on that track. I'm prepared to continue with successes I saw before vacation, let's keep this training moving. :)
