Oh I’m getting good at this eating well lark seeing as my acid reflux won’t let me eat anything fun! Ha!
I’ve managed to eat my 200g protein mark all week!! Loving the energy and the gym!

Oh FYI though don’t eat fruit and nut mix from Aldi it’s super full of fat! 🤮 good for protein though....

Still too much fat!
