It is so hard to feel up to doing exercise when you have a bad crick it your neck all day! I am disappointed in how I can't my get myself feel like getting on my bike tonight.Maybe I'll lay down and see if it helps then bike before bed! I need a new pillow... Hey splurge day tomorrow! Ouch to excited.
