First day I've actually felt good in 6 weeks. Was able to come home make some dinner, clean up the kitchen and work on a quilt for 3 hours after work. Was suddenly very tired and my foot with the broken toe couldn't take being walked on any more so quit at 8:30 and heading for a bed with the computer wo wind down for a few before going to sleep. The coughing has eased up alot. Managed to do 2 15 min walks on the gazelle. Will try for 30 min in am.
