No workout again today. I'm too tired, I don't think my workout would do much good if I'm falling over because I'm sleepy. It's not just sleepy, I'm run down. I guess I'll just have to battle through and try to watch my calories until I'm feeling like I can get a workout in. ENT appointment tomorrow, so hopefully he can tell me what's going on. Okay, I'm done whining for now. To work, then probably a nap when I get home for the day.

I was like that last week and the last couple of days. Working out so tired that you end up injured doesn't do any good!Hope you can get some answers SOON!
