I had a bad couple weeks. Just curious how low can I go on calories without sending my body into starvation mode or hurting my metabolism?
I am considering trying a 1500 calorie goal instead of 2000. I’m 5’6 and 235 lb and moderately active.
106.8 kg Lost so far: 9.3 kg.    Still to go: 34.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
