I weighed in yesterday but forgot to write it down! I've been so happy with my progress and I can always have something to eat! Maybe not always what I want but I made these amazing brownies one day that hit the spot (but legal) and everyone liked them so much that I only got one which is a good thing! So I'm really enjoying this whole food plant based diet and it's working and I think I could stick with it even after goal! I love some veggies and I am also adding ones I wouldn't eat before (roasted makes them better)!
