D'Lite's Journal, 15 May 18

I still have a 5 pound loss on my old dial scale. I bought a new digital scale and it didn't agree. So, I'm waiting for it to catch up to the loss I see on the old scale. I also had to lower my daily calorie goal.
82.3 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 21.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
