Trying to stick closest possible to induction and to reduce protein and increase fat. Fat not very high, could add cream but avoiding dairy for the moment. MOVE without egg.

New food items: coconut oil to fry breakfast; miracle noodles; salami - high fat,low protein. Possible complications of processed bacon and salami. Weighed this evening at 87 (morning 86.4, unchanged for several days)

Dinner was very light - a salami rollup in lettuce leaves; more for evening snack, (hungry). May have a diet jelly drink as nightcap.

Hunger moderate during the day, manageable because i was busy in the house.
