Lost 10lbs since April 27/18, I’m so proud of myself as I’ve been fighting the evening snacking. Being an emotional eater this has been quite hard but ohhh I feel so much better already. 50lbs left to go and maintain. 😊
81.6 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 22.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
