When payday comes I need to do things. 1) Grocery shop and 2) buy a scale and tape measure. Don't wanna drive an hour just to weigh myself much as I love my parents house. 😂

Look into getting a scale from Amazon that will let you track your body fat, hydration and muscle percentages. As I’ve gotten further along in my weight loss it has been really beneficial to have one and it was only about $20 w/o shipping.🙋🏻
