Fluffy German Pancakes

Simple to make but super delicious fluffy pancakes.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients well.
  2. Pour in 9x13" baking dish and bake at 400° F (200° C) for 20 minutes.

Like a little thinner w/ slightly different recipe I've forgotten. Very fluffy and very close to what I was expecting. Happy w/ lemon juice and powdered sugar on top... Thank you for sharing! IMHO less cook time needed.

My kids love these. Cook time is more like 15 min. I'm at 6000 ft though.
