Another day!

Now that I've run out of kombucha I have found that I've started drinking the water enhancers that I still have in my cupboard. I think that they are affecting my blood glucose, as of today I will stop drinking those and continue to monitor BG. So it will be water until kombucha has finished brewing.

94.1 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 28.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
