seem to be stuck...so l am now walking in the mall some days and doing sit-ups (60) today and walking the treadmill....up to 20 minutes today....doing very well on under 20 carb a day diet but just not losing the weight....
114.5 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 23.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.1 kg a Week

I had a plateau too. And still on it I think. Researched and said add carbs one day and see if the scale moves next day.

yes l had some popcorn last night...thought it would be the best of the carbs....it didn't like me...on way down again....

one day at a time... listen to your body, sometimes when we go off the rails, it can give us the boost we need.

It'll come; been following for some 46 years and it's true about plateaus (sometimes increasing the carbs shakes up the metabolism and the loss resumes). Stay cool; it'll happen and have a great day.
