Acceptable considering it's the Holidays. I've only gained wo pounds in December but I've been slowly drifting up in the last few weeks and I'll have to be more disciplined now.
65.3 kg Lost so far: 4.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
