I read one of your earlier post as a former diabetic who used to have fasting blood sugars in the 360 range the last thing you want to do is to just automatically take more insulin before working out I agree that you should take your sugar before working out and I would try eating nuts if your sugar is already low just make sure you take your kit with you to the gym.
