Just came from the doctor's office and glucose level finally normal (after being pre-diabetic for over 6 years), cholesterol level finally normal range (below 200) after more than 6 years (despite statin medication). I read that a plant based diet is the most healthy diet and will prevent/solve a myriad of health issues. Is there anyone out there who is a vegetarian?
