Not unexpected, but disappointing of course. There were a few meals with family and friends where I ate a little more than usual, although I thought I was still under maintenance. Looks like I have a tendency to under report what i eat in these situations. An well, as long as it's a single higher point and not a trend it's not a big deal, I'll just have to be more aware.
