160 after waking up? Have I reached my goal? But wait, no rest for the weary, I'm still on medication for my high blood pressure/cholesterol. Maybe that can be my next goal.

You are really tall....I think your calculations should be checked...you seem on track for your height....ask Draglist for a personal calibration
