Steady losses and on track to get into "marginally overweight" territory for the start of July. I'm really pleased, especially since I didn't really think I could get to this level when I started on this path nearly 80 pounds ago!
69.1 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks Slip72! Yeah, I'm really happy, I took it one day at the time and one pound at the time and bit by bit I became smaller than I had ever been in my adult life!
