Disappointing but not surprising as I did a few poor choices last week. It looks like I'm at the point where they have a lot more impact. I will do better this week, but I also think poor choices are necessary once in a while so that I don't break and stick with this way of eating on the long run. There is no rush anyway, as long as the general trend is going down it's all good.
71.5 kg Lost so far: 33.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
