Well, this is a nice surprise. After all my boo hooing about being up 3lbs, I'm down 5. Really must have been the higher carbs over the weekend. Got back on track and am back to my usual Friday weigh ins. Have set a new goal and will just carry on.

Well, sorry not the place I understand, but if you know Donald, tell him I will go out to the course with him and he can hit 100 balls and none will go 280 yards. Tiger Woods doesn't hit it it that far.
