Hopefully this means I've broken past the plateau! And with this, my BMI is under 30, which means, for the first time in my adult life, I am overweight and not obese!!!
75.9 kg Lost so far: 28.8 kg.    Still to go: 10.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
