Well, I never realized how many calories I consumed in a day, having the food log has been very helpful for me to visualize what I am eating. It's amazing how much just changing diet habits have worked for immediate results for me...I am drinking a lot less beer now too...I still like to have the things I really like, I just have less, I have a morning coffee with 18% Cream and 4 sugar, just now I order a smaller size than I used to.
