Well, last week's drop had been bigger then I expected so this is not too surprising. I'm still on track for my goal of being 165 for Christmas (and after Christmas too hopefully) putting my BMI firmly in the Overweight category instead of Obese for the first time in my adult life, so it's all good!
79.0 kg Lost so far: 25.8 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
