I have not done too hot lately. I think the only reason I didn't gain this week is that I walk 2 miles to and from the school 5 days/week.
Usually I slip out of the groove suddenly (have a bad day and then throw in the towel). This has been slowly. I'll have a couple bad days and then a couple of good days.
Up until this week I've still been running at least 5 times a week. This week, however, I have only gone out once so far, and even then it was short. So since I have now fallen off the exercise wagon too I decided to recommit. A friendly competition with hubs might do the trick. Whoever loses the most by Oct. 15 or first to lose 10 lbs (if that comes first) wins.
I really really really don't want to gain back what I've lost. So I'll lose 10 lbs instead!
