New low! So happy! I hoped I would have a good loss this week after two weeks of gaining. I didn't meet my 10000 step goal every day last week, but I was still over 8000 2 of the 3 missed days. Not bad. I didn't waver too far from my 1500 calorie goal. I've been running most evenings and besides getting over this cold, it has felt really great!
Also, last night, I did the "incline" at our rec center (right after a 2 mile trail run). It is 200 steps made out of railroad ties. They have a 1/2 mile loop option to come down. So I went up the incline 5 times (a best for me) and came down the 1/2 mile loop (about 4.5 miles total). Really great workout! To put it into perspective. The first time I did the incline I only did it twice and I was sore for several days after.
Another week down, probably another 20 to go...
