5 days over my 1500 calorie goal this week. 2 days under 10000 steps. Not surprised by the gain. I'm ready to start losing again though. I did run 5 days, so I didn't totally throw in the towel last week :) Weekends away from home are pretty hard! I am really proud of myself because I managed to stay in control for the first day and a half of our trip. Now that we are back home I'm ready to bring those calories back down and get back into the groove again.
