up some more this is the result of being extremely stressed out for the last 10days now I have went from 283 to 286 it should go back down but man this is crazy due to stress levels.
129.7 kg Lost so far: 30.4 kg.    Still to go: 29.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
