down little more from yesterday, total weight loss from March 1st to April 1st is about 3.4lb ugh not as good as I really wanted but it's still a win at almost a pound a week weight loss...now for April hopefully I can drop 10lb like I did the last 2weeks of Jan. I could be less but haven't had a bowel M for a week now well about 9days so hoping that will happen soon and I will drop a couple more pound...
130.7 kg Lost so far: 29.4 kg.    Still to go: 30.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I'm a nurse. It isn't safe to go that long without elimination. I would see a doctor about this. Maybe get referred to a dietitian so you can increase your fiber while still losing weight.
