up 2lb this morning I know it's because I ate from dennys at 7pm last night and I had 3 chicken tenders and has browns and a half piece garlic bread but I was hurting before I left there with my stomach and then ended up having the burning sensation in my throat, from overeating yesterday. I had already had breakfast and supper and didn't need it but a bad decision led to this . won't be doing that again it's been 8mo since I have ate that much and it didn't sit well with me ...
Today I will try to eat as little as possible and get it back down it could take a couple days tho.
132.1 kg Lost so far: 28.0 kg.    Still to go: 32.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
