uughh bloated from eating late dinner and having to many carbs and water was on the go out shopping yesterday from 9am -3pm then from 5pm-8pm out with my step daughter and son in law helping them out so had a snack that I don't normally have...
should go back down in couple days....
131.5 kg Lost so far: 28.6 kg.    Still to go: 31.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
