Rainy, stormy yesterday and today. No walk. Cut asparagus, hauled a couple of 40 lb bags of compost/manure to flower beds. Attended a class on winter gardening in milk jugs on Thursday. Vacuumed, swept, cleaned house. Sticking to Keto, and 10/14 intermittent fasting for now. I saw a good hint online today. Instead of over-worrying about pounds lost or gained, measure your waist with a piece of string and fasten it to the wall. Next time you measure, fasten the new string beside the other, etc. If all goes well, that should be encouraging!
73.2 kg Lost so far: 10.7 kg.    Still to go: 7.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
