no weigh in til I can figure out what is wrong with my scale before bed I weighed in it was 294.6 woke up it read 295,then 298,I took batteries out and put back inside and then it read 294.2 it's been giving me a reading of a pound or more everyday for last 3-4days now I will be replacing the batteries today I know I'm bloated aunt flo showed up earlier than expected she just can't stay away I ask her last month to not come back. and all she did was get mad and come earlier this month probably a 2week stay again like last month....I am beginning to hate her....
I had lower carbs and calories yesterday but scale read a gain it has to be water weight....

Have you checked with the doctor about how long the flow is? I ended up with a diagnosis of fibroids and a simple procedure stopped the symptoms.

Something to consider is the floor if the batteries don’t work. In older houses, the floor can be uneven. In my parents house, there is water damage in the bathroom floor from 30 years of showers- the warped floor affects the number. But also remember that the number isn’t everything, don’t let it get to you.
