scale up a little bit and I do feel like I am bloated a little bit it should go back down....only slept 6hrs and ate grapes and drank bottle water around 3-4pm yesterday so didn't fast as long as I normally do...probably the reason for this little bit of up 👆 on the weight....
132.4 kg Lost so far: 27.8 kg.    Still to go: 32.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
