stayed same weight but no gain thank God for that...

Morticia it should go back down for you I've done the same thing up 2lb this week at the beginning of it,then aunt flo started spotting since Tues and went back down by Thurs but ugh full blast she's here today ibwish she just die off and leave me alone lol...

Thanks ladies and morticia I understand your frustration I do the same thing and just sabotage myself today out shopping and walking around I had a mt dew something I had not had in months and then had vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup on it this damn time if the month the craving for chocolate and sweets gets me....ugh if I could just skip the 2weeks that would be the week before my menstruation and week of the cycle and if I can get thru it without chocolate craving I'd be OK but then all that sugar made me crave mt dew and I'm ashamed to say I tried to resist it but couldn't...won't make that mistake again.... my hubby's words oh one mt dew won't hurt ya oh yes it will too he don't fully understand the problem we have trying to resist foods he can eat and drink as much as he wants and his weight goes from 167-171at most but he's more active than me and naturally skinny all his life never over 160lb until he turned 50yr old now he has a tad bit of a belly but not fat and chicken legs,arms, and everything else so skinny...

I must die, Journaling is a good thing I do it myself to help me with my depression and anxiety... I'm glad your still around here!! I hope you start feeling better and have many better days ahead of u sweetie...
