Yay so excited I don't know which loss to record at about 11pm I was step on scale it read 298 and I just woke up at 1am decide to go to restroom and use it and weighed myself the First reading I got was 295.2 so I was like can this really be and weighed again and it was 296.4 and I te weighed again to see what I got it read 296.4 so that's what I recorded but it could be 295.2 either way I am so happy ...
Have a safe and warm weekend everyone!! gonna be -15 to -20 here this morning I have a stream running from every faucet and all cabinets open praying that they don't freeze... Gonna be cold today and tomorrow and Monday will be in the 40's and next week make it up to 50 and will stay like that until the 1st of Feb...

hope this trend continues to go down everyday for me I've been fasting again for 14hrs also except last might it was only 13hr with 5hr sleep..

I'm sure your stress levels have dropped a bit since the hubby's procedure and your dr appointment, make the most of it Sara! You are doing great!

Thanks Debra the first part of the week is had 3000or maybe 3180 in sodium that was mon thru Wed and stayed the same weight and then Thurs I had normal breakfast and steak and potatoes skin's and salad for supper under 100g carbs and about 2180 in sodium intake yesterday was about 2300 MG sodium and had normal breakfast and snacks and then vegetable soup and dropped a 1.6lb loss overnight with only 4.5 to 5hr sleep so I know the higher sodium level days have contributed to me having water weight on me and not dropping as well as I should have been...I made a mistake this morning and had cheese whiz in.my eggs and on 1piece toast which I calculated at 4 table spoons probably little less but I always input everything a little more as I didn't weigh it first and hubby just threw 1 spoons full teaspoons on my plate and pit some on my toast which he unintentionally sometimes makes them a little more than a regular teaspoons of whatever it may be so it looked like quite a bit in my eggs I counted at 2tablespoon full and 1 on my toast and logged it under 4 but I didn't know and read it first that was 840mg of sodium intake so I'm now at 2,000mg for the day and have had no supper yet.. I'll probably be having eggs and sausage for supper as the sodium intake is low I'm trying to get as low as I can and stay under 2500mg a day..I've noticed it's 8am I'm on my 3rd bottle of water with dry mouth no doubt because of the cheese whiz. So I told him I'm done with eating it unless I weigh it in and it's just 1tablespoon that's half of 1 serving... Thank you for your help..Hopefully I can flush this sodium intake and not hold on to my water and drop another 2lbs overnight or at least 1.6lbs like I did last night...I give all the credit to Jesus tho because I need to really be at about 275 in order to have surgery so the hospital don't refuse it as my last surgeon said they wontblet them do surgery on someone who is over 40bmi and I'm at about 43bmi I calculated my weight and height put sedentary on the calculator and at 275lb I bev40bmi

So if I continue with lower sodium intake and stay like I am on 1700cal no more than 1800 I can potentially loose another 10lb in the next month and be almost at the 275lb weight that would have me at a 40bmi I've came a long way in weight loss but to get the bmi back down requires alot more drop.I can and will do it tho with Jesus help ...my ultimate goal is 220lb which I am size 14/16 at most and look really good for that size I'm just technical a little bit overweight like that but I can handle it and love how I look at that weight and had so much energy in that weight also..
