shew I got through our Thanksgiving dinner by having just 2 tablespoonful of any sides I ate but I did have a big piece of pie .with just under 2,000 calories but heavy carbs and I weighed in early up a little bit, but I waited until 4am and weighed in again and was back at same weight so that's what im recording now its time to try and get all this water weight back down to where I was at about 4-5days ago.i was at my lowest weight of 308 and I am just sticking to about a half gallon of water again starting today because I have been drinking about a gallon and half or at least a gallon and I'm not getting it back off me ,only slept 4hrs again..Happy early Thanksgiving to everyone I hope you have a great day!

Thanks I had the last pice of pecan pie because it was staring at me and I was craving it thank God all of that is gone and now I am back to working on getting more weight off me.
