up after 4hrs sleep, and up a pound because still bloated from all the sodium I had yesterday and alot of water trying to flush it out. Have a great Sunday everyone .
140.3 kg Lost so far: 19.8 kg.    Still to go: 40.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I had lots of sodium yesterday too, one meal out and I was up over 5,000 in sodium Wow, eyes and fingers are a little puffy this morning, but not as bad as before my restart....I have no idea what my sodium intake was back when we were munching chips n dips every night in front of Hulu. But the swollen nearly closed eyes every morning are long gone. It never hurts to look back at where you were so you can appreciate the changes you have made You are doing great Sara!
