Happy Sunday everyone, have a great day and enjoy your weekend.. I'm down a pound from yesterday. total weight loss this month only about 2pounds so far that's a result of poor sleep, stress and hormones are making me feel awful. oh and poor eating, which I have eaten around 2,000 Cal for the last couple weeks and I will be going down to 1700 again.
141.8 kg Lost so far: 18.3 kg.    Still to go: 42.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you Morticia I was just doing 1700 cal or under except for the last couple weeks I've been hungrier and stressed and not sleeping well so I was going over and some days were 2,000 some were awful and 2300.even though my recommend cal I need in fs and other apps is 2300, I cut it down to 1700 myself and I will be going back to it and sticking with either 1700or 1800 as that still giving me 500calories a day I cut from the recommended one which should be a pound a week it's self...
