uugh bloated from way to much sodium yesterday and I had vegetable soup homemade but about 6,000mg and drank a gallon of water and it just hasn't came all back off yet. slept 5hr last night.
142.2 kg Lost so far: 17.9 kg.    Still to go: 42.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
