ate banana pudding yesterday and with the milk in it I'm still bloated today I must go back to fasting 14-16hr and staying at 1700 cal since I ate about 2100 yesterday so I know this is mostly water weight and should come back off there 👍..
142.7 kg Lost so far: 17.4 kg.    Still to go: 42.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
