I was able to get out and run w/out kids today. 3 miles in 33 minutes. Best time since this last pregnancy. Almost caved and did an easier workout, but glad I did it.
82.8 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 23.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
