this is more like it going down a little bit at a time only slept 5hrs last night and wide awake at 1am ...

I'm having trouble sleeping too. I think lack of deep may be an epidemic these days. Maybe in my case, it's just old age. You are doing well with your weight loss. Good for you.

Going to sleep is a challenge for me as well. Has been most of my life.

Thank you ladies I even take (2) melatonin 10mg to help me sleep and still last two weeks I've been averaging about 4-5hrs a night maybe the reason I have not dropped more weight than I did and I am so bloated and not peeing back off the water I'm drinking even more than usual but hopefully I can get some more weight back off and continue to loose more.

Glad for you that it went down, even a little. I have sleep problems too. But then I don't go to bed early enough. It's so quiet and serene late at night so I stay up enjoying it.

I had a night like that last night too.. maybe it's the eclipse messing with our sleep cycle.

Saran, story of my life-sleep issues. What do you do for them? I usually give up after an hour of trying to sleep and come downstairs and turn TV on. Doesnt help me go back to sleep tho and i always have to fight the urge to eat during that time.

Yoh I get up and watch TV to watch within a hour or so I'm ready to eat since I eat breakfast early like that then it's usually 2-3am for breakfast and supper I have by noon so I can fast the remaining time but I was doing better at sleeping from 8pm to about 5am which helped me fast 16hrs so not sleeping enough is killing my fasting schedule I want to go at least 14-16hr . hopefully I can get back to sleep better and fasting longer than the 12-13hr I been averaging this past 2weeks oh I just had Donut's to tried to resist it but I feel like not being able to sleep enough also helps contribute to me craving carbs more.. uugh I gotta get this turned back around and eating better than I did and sleeping well so I continue to loose weight.. thank you everyone for your help and support..
